We are not running out of time

If photons are timeless connectors between material events, and matter is what actually accumulates history — then time, as a lived experience, is exclusively a property of objects with rest mass.

Photons exist in a single frozen instant. Emission and absorption are the same point.

We, being massive, get something the photon never can — a continuous interior experience of transition. In a sense we are not trapped in time and rather constituted by it. And we are not running out of time — we are full of it.

But the lack of a sense of time leads to wasting it, and to an inability to bring our ideas to life within a reasonable timeframe.

So live to the fullest, and act on it!
